How are cards graded or described?
We only sell cards in Near Mint (NM) condition or better. All raw cards are carefully inspected under proper lighting before listing, and our graded cards are exclusively PSA 9 or PSA 10.
How are orders packaged and shipped?
All cards are securely packaged in sleeves and toploaders or semi-rigid holders, then sealed in protective mailers. Every international order ships with tracking to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
Are the cards authentic?
Yes. Every card we sell is guaranteed authentic. We source directly from trusted distributors, verified collections, and grading services.
What if there’s a problem with my order?
All sales are final due to the nature of collectible cards, but our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us — we’ll review it and make it right.
When will I get my order?
Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location: within the EU it typically takes 3–7 days, and international orders may take longer. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. You’ll always see the total shipping cost before completing your purchase.
